an exploration of some basic joint locks and how to get into them

this workshop includes the techniques as well as principals, body positioning, and weight shifting all found in the forms.

The various sessions will cover from the beginning the various qi gong
listed above. We will slowly go through the various exercises from the beginning
to the end of the two hours. Open to beginners as well as advanced practitioners. This will be a good training session and a good introduction for those curious about Qi Gong styles.
